1. Product Descriptions: All dahlia tubers are described to the best of our ability regarding variety, color, and size. Variations may occur due to natural growth patterns.

2. Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Purchase is only confirmed upon full payment.

3. Shipping and Delivery: Dahlia tuber orders are available for pickup or shipped March-May, depending on your growing zone, when risk of freezing in transit is gone. You will receive an email prior to shipping letting you know your order is on the way. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate early shipping.

4. Returns and Refunds: Mooring Hill Farm cannot be held responsible for post-shipment storage and planting conditions. We do not refund dahlia tuber orders once the order is placed for any reason.

5. Warranty: We do not provide any warranties on dahlia growth or bloom performance, as results can vary based on environmental factors and care.
