Do you have an indoor event space?

We offer an expansive, beautiful outdoor space. There is no infrastructure so you will need to provide a tent, portolets, generators, etc. Therefore, we require that you have an event planner coordinate with all of your vendors and be on site for the event.

Do you offer food or beverage?

There are so many great caterers and bar services in the Stowe area! So, we encourage your planner to help you select what is best for you.

How many people can attend an event?

We welcome up to 200 guests (vendors not included).

Can we have a band or DJ?

Yes! What is a party without music? We do ask that amplified music end no later than 9:00PM.

We love our dog. Can he/she participate in the wedding?

Yes! You are welcome to have your dog be a part of your celebration.

Can we have fireworks?

Our beautiful trees and flowers envelope the event space. Therefore, we cannot have fireworks as they can cause damage to our flowers and trees.

What is parking like at the farm?

The gravel parking area can accommodate up to 50 cars. We highly suggest that you provide transportation (bus, vans, etc) to/from the farm for your guests. The on-site parking can be used for a few family or friends that may not be able to utilize the bus, etc.

How do we get from the parking area and guest drop off to the event space?

The footpath through the fields will take you to the event space. It is about a 3 minute walk.

I see that there is an Airbnb on the property, can we rent that?

The house on the Farm can be rented for pre-event activities such as getting ready, photos, etc. Once the event starts, access to the house ends.

There is mention of Mooring Hill Farm growing our flowers. How does that work?

As part of your event, we will work with your planner and floral designer to determine what flowers will be in season at the time of your event. From there, we will plant and grow specifically for you!
